From debut to disband? J-Pop idol group BaBi di Booo!! has officially announced that all members have ceased activities effective immediately.
The group, which only debuted on 20 August 2024, is now on an indefinite suspension following the departure of its remaining members on 10 April 2025.
This announcement came just a day after their tweet cancelling an appearance scheduled for 12 April 2025, citing an “ongoing issue” that hasn’t been publicly disclosed.
Whatever went on behind the scenes seems serious enough to have brought everything to a halt.

The group, known for their colourful image and energetic performances, now lists no active members. Their history has been brief but packed:
Nanase Mion (Purple) withdrew on 14 January 2025.
Usami Airi (Pink) graduated on 13 February 2025.
Then, on 10 April, a triple blow hit as Tsukino Mimi (White), Hiiro Yuma (Red), Uyu (Blue), and Unmei Kaede (Yellow) all left the group on the same day.
At this point, it’s not just a break – it’s a full stop.
The group’s management confirmed that BaBi di Booo!! will be “suspended temporarily” with no current plans for revival or auditions.
For fans, it’s a bitter end to what felt like a group still warming up.
A formal statement was posted regarding refunds for previously purchased cheki tickets.
Fans holding unused tickets can request refunds by contacting the group’s official X account via DM by 20 April 2025.
You’ll need to attach a photo of the ticket for verification.
There are a few details on what’s eligible for a refund: Tickets with a “C” mark will be refunded based on general market price of cheki film.
However, tickets marked “SR” or “P” are excluded, as they were originally distributed as freebies or bonuses.
While fans might be disappointed, the group ended their announcement with sincere thanks for the support they’ve received during their short-lived run.
“We are deeply grateful for all the love and encouragement,” the statement closed.
As of now, BaBi di Booo!! is officially in limbo – no members, no activities, and no clear future.
Whether this is a complete disbandment or a quiet pause remains to be seen. But for now, the curtain has closed.
