Right, so on 7th March, the cast of Si Jin rocked up to Beijing for a promo event, and let me tell ya, the buzz was boss!
Jing Tian, Zhang Wan Yi, Xu Hao, and Huang Yi all turned up lookin’ proper stylish, ready to big up their new drama.
Jing Tian looked pure class in a dead nice egg-yellow jacket and floaty white dress, her long hair makin’ her look proper sweet.
Zhang Wan Yi went for a cool look – white shirt, tie, and a dead-bright denim jacket.
Xu Hao brought the elegance with a black jacket and white skirt, while Huang Yi was givin’ boss energy in all black.
Now, onto the juicy bit – the romance.
Jing Tian said her love story in Si Jin is well intense, reckonin’ she’s like a "cockroach that can’t be killed" for love.
Zhang Wan Yi, laughing, said this time their love story’s even sweeter than before.
Sounds like we’re in for a right emotional rollercoaster!
When asked if they’d work together again, both of ‘em went, "Course we would!" Jing Tian reckons next time Zhang Wan Yi should have to "break through obstacles to fall in love," and Zhang Wan Yi fancies doin’ a modern drama with her, sippin’ coffee an’ all.
For them not in the know, Si Jin is based on a dead popular web novel.
Jing Tian plays Jiang Si, a noble lass who gets reborn after being betrayed by her fella, Yu Jin, played by Zhang Wan Yi.
This time, she’s not taking any nonsense – she dumps him, outsmarts her dodgy aunt, starts her own perfume biz, and even gets stuck into solving crimes.
But – and here’s the twist – she crosses paths with Yu Jin again.
Despite all the history, they team up to change their fates, save her family, an’ clear her dad’s name.
Obviously, sparks fly again, and they end up protecting the Zhou dynasty together.
Proper gripping stuff, this!
So yeah, Si Jin is shaping up to be a belter of a drama – love, revenge, power moves, and a bit of crime-solving thrown in for good measure. What more do you want?
