Burger Joint Slams Fans Just Snapping Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s Autograph

A small burger joint in Hokkaido, Bob’s Burger, has had enough of Mrs. GREEN APPLE fans walking in, snapping a pic of the band’s autograph, and leaving without buying anything.

So, they took to X (formerly Twitter) to tell people to cut it out.

The autographed sign, gifted by the rock trio when they visited for a TV special, has become an unexpected attraction.

But the restaurant isn’t thrilled about fans ignoring the food and treating the place like a free museum.

On 28 February, Bob’s Burger posted, "We have a request from Bob’s Burger. Please be considerate."

They pointed out that people were coming in, taking pictures of the sign, and leaving—sometimes even disturbing paying customers.

The shop made it clear: no purchase, no photos.

This all started after Mrs. GREEN APPLE appeared on Sanma & Tamao’s New Year Special in January, surprising four young fans in Hokkaido.

During their visit, they stopped by Bob’s Burger and left behind an autograph.

Since then, people have been showing up just to snap pics, causing a bit of a headache for the owners.

Fans reacted to the shop’s post with mixed feelings.

Some agreed, saying, “If you’re a real fan, wouldn’t you want to eat there too?”

Others were frustrated that a few bad apples (pun intended) gave the fandom a bad name.

Moral of the story? If you’re gonna visit, at least buy a burger.
