Hayashi Mirei, former SKE48 member, is officially parting ways with her agency, Zest.
The 15-year-old took to X to drop the news, revealing she’ll be wrapping up her contract at the end of March.
"This is personal, but since I’m graduating as a Seventeen exclusive model, I’ll also be leaving Zest after five years," she shared.
Mirei Hayashi, who joined SKE48 at just 10 years old, expressed nothing but love for her agency.
"I’m beyond grateful to everyone who supported me from the start. I won’t forget this debt… Thank you, truly!"
A standout in the group’s history, Mirei made waves when she became the youngest center in SKE48 history at 12, right after Jurina Matsui’s departure.
Her modeling gig with Seventeen is also wrapping up in February.
"I’ve had such amazing experiences and unforgettable memories. Thank you to all the fans and staff who supported me these three years!"
Mirei’s next move? Still a mystery. But with her track record, she’s bound to shine wherever she goes.
