Sad news for AKB48 and STU48 fans—Nemousu TV and Imousu TV will be taking a break from broadcasting on Family Theater due to operational reasons.
STU48’s Imousu TV will air its final episode on February 27, 2025, while AKB48’s legendary Nemousu TV will bow out on March 20, 2025, marking 17 years and 43 seasons of fun, chaos, and unforgettable moments.
The official announcement came via Twitter/X, confirming that AKB48 Nemousu TV, which started in July 2008, will officially end after 16.7 years of entertaining fans with its wild variety segments.
But before they go, fans can still enjoy a few last episodes!
STU48 Imousu TV will air fresh content from February 13, while AKB48 Nemousu TV will have new episodes from March 6 until its final sign-off.
No word yet on whether they’ll return in a new format, but for now, it’s a bittersweet goodbye.
