The much-anticipated concert of South Korean girl group tripleS, scheduled for 18 January 2025 at The Kasablanka Hall, Jakarta, has been officially cancelled.
On Tuesday, MODHAUS, the group’s agency, announced the cancellation via the official X account, @triplescosmos.
The concert, titled "tripleS Come True," faced insurmountable challenges, including visa problems and local circumstances.
In a heartfelt statement, MODHAUS expressed their regret, stating, "After thoroughly reviewing the situation, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event due to factors beyond our control, such as visa issues and local conditions."
Fans were left disappointed but appreciated the agency's transparency.
MODHAUS extended an apology, acknowledging the fans' anticipation.
"We deeply apologise to all fans who eagerly awaited our performance and seek your understanding. We hope to meet you again under better circumstances in the future," the statement added.
For ticket refunds, MODHAUS directed fans to contact myticket.asia and trip.com for further details.
However, no specific refund scheme has been released as of yet. Fans are advised to stay tuned for updates.
