Former NMB48 member, YouTuber, and beauty entrepreneur Yoshida Akari has shared a heartfelt life update that blends joy, reflection, and transition. The 29-year-old talent confirmed her pregnancy while also announcing the official closure of her self-produced accessories brand, marking a major turning point in both her personal and professional journey.
Taking to social media, Akari Yoshida revealed that her accessories brand, anchelion, has officially closed its doors after three years.
While the brand’s run was relatively short, she described it as deeply meaningful, saying it allowed her to create items that truly reflected who she was at that moment in life.
Through pop-up events and meet-ups, she also had the chance to connect directly with fans, making the experience even more memorable.
Despite the sadness of saying goodbye, Yoshida Akari shared that she has made peace with the decision.
She explained that her environment and priorities are naturally changing, and while it feels emotional, she believes it’s the right time to step back.
She also hinted that new creative projects may come in the future, asking fans to patiently wait until she’s ready to start something new again.
Looking back on her year, Yoshida Akari described 2025 as intense, rewarding, and full of achievements. From surpassing one million YouTube subscribers to hosting her own mini festival, collaborating on beauty magazine projects, winning multiple beauty awards through her cosmetics brand, and keeping up daily Instagram livestreams, she called it a year she truly gave her all.

On a personal level, Yoshida Akari confirmed that she is expecting her first child, with her family set to grow next year.
She expressed gratitude for the strong support around her, sharing that her pregnancy has been smooth and stable as she enters maternity leave.
Although she admitted to feeling nervous about childbirth and parenting, her excitement about meeting her baby soon clearly outweighs the worries.
She also shared the story behind her maternity photos, revealing they were never planned. The shoot happened spontaneously on the set of an upcoming contact lens campaign, where her usual creative team encouraged her to capture the moment. With no preparation, the team still managed to create polished, meaningful photos — something Yoshida said left her genuinely impressed and grateful.
