Huang Zitao is back in the public conversation, but this time it has nothing to do with music releases, film projects, his wife, or variety show appearances. Instead, attention has shifted to the business side of his portfolio after corporate records revealed new information that quickly sparked discussion online.

According to data displayed on the Chinese corporate information platform Qichacha, a company linked to Huang Zitao has recently been listed with outstanding tax obligations.

The firm in question is Beijing Chezhimeng Technology Development Co., Ltd., which was shown to have two newly added tax-related notices on record.

The available information indicates that the total outstanding balance exceeds 141,000 yuan.

The listed items involve Value Added Tax as well as stamp duty, both of which fall under standard business taxation categories.

These records were reportedly issued by the Chaoyang District Tax Office in Beijing, operating under China’s national taxation authority.

Corporate registration details show that Beijing Chezhimeng Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in August 2004 with a registered capital of approximately 354,300 yuan.

Shareholding data available on the platform indicates that Huang Zitao holds around 97 per cent of the company’s shares, which has naturally placed his name at the centre of public attention.

As of now, neither Huang Zitao nor the company has released an official response addressing the situation or explaining the background behind the listed obligations.

In business practice, tax arrears can arise for a range of administrative or operational reasons, including timing differences, reporting adjustments, or internal processing matters.
