Japan’s voice acting world is buzzing after Style Cube confirmed that five prominent voice actors officially ended their contracts with the agency on 31 December 2025. The names involved are no small matter: Toyota Moe, Ito Miku, Okuyama Keito, Machico, and Shiraishi Mana. The announcements landed almost simultaneously, catching fans and industry watchers completely off guard.

According to Style Cube’s statement, all five departures followed the natural conclusion of their exclusive management contracts.

The agency expressed gratitude to fans and industry partners for their continued support, keeping the tone calm and respectful.

Still, the scale and timing of the exits quickly became the main talking point across social media.

Among the group, Toyota Moe and Ito Miku stood out the most. Both had spent around 13 years with Style Cube and were widely seen as part of the agency’s core image.

Toyota Moe later shared that she wanted to step into a new environment and challenge herself again at this stage of her career.

She confirmed her move to Hibiki, calling the decision a meaningful turning point rather than a sudden break.

Ito Miku also addressed fans directly, announcing her transfer to Voice Kit starting 1 January 2026. She thanked Style Cube for supporting her from debut days, describing the agency as a place that shaped both her professional skills and personal growth.

Machico, known for major anime roles and music projects, is also joining Voice Kit, making the shift even more noticeable.

Meanwhile, Shiraishi Mana is set to move to Voice Kit as well, while Okuyama Keito’s next agency has not yet been announced. This leaves fans curious about his future direction and upcoming projects.

Shiraishi Mana also shared a personal message with fans, confirming that she officially left Style Cube on 31 December 2025.

She expressed heartfelt thanks to the agency and industry partners for their guidance and warm support during her time there, saying the connections and experiences she gained remain priceless to her.

Shiraishi Mana added that she intends to move forward with gratitude, approach every opportunity sincerely, and continue her work with a positive mindset, while hoping fans will keep watching over her journey with kindness.

The reaction online was immediate and intense.

Many fans expressed disbelief, questioning how so many familiar names could leave the same agency at once.

Others wondered whether this marks a new phase for Style Cube or simply a coincidence tied to contract cycles.

While speculation is swirling, there has been no indication of internal conflict, only career transitions.

As of now, Style Cube continues to manage other well-known voice actors, including Ishihara Kaori and Ogura Yui.

Still, this rare mass departure has undeniably shifted the conversation within Japan’s anime and voice acting community.

Fans are watching closely to see what projects, roles, and surprises might come next. What do you think caused this wave of departures, and which actor’s next move are you most excited about?
