The Ultimatum's Hayley and Blake Relationship Update Leaves Fans Wondering
Are Hayley and Blake Still Together After The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On? Here's What We Know.

Finding love on reality television is never simple, but Hayley Dinaé and Blake Robertson arrived on Netflix's The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On hoping they could finally answer the question hanging over their relationship. After months of dating, Blake was convinced it was time to get married, while Hayley felt their emotional connection still needed serious work. That difference in timing pushed them into one of the most emotionally demanding relationship experiments on television, where every conversation seemed capable of changing their future overnight.

Before stepping into the experiment, Hayley and Blake had been together for around a year and a half. Although they clearly cared for one another, they viewed the relationship through very different lenses.

Blake believed commitment was the natural next step, but Hayley repeatedly explained that she still didn't feel emotionally supported. According to her, those conversations had happened more than once, yet the changes she hoped for never truly arrived.

Safe to say, buying a ring is easier than learning someone's emotional language. Once the couples separated for the trial marriages, both embraced the process. Blake partnered with Ashley Wilson, while Hayley entered a trial marriage with Killian Grondin

It didn't take long before emotions became even messier. Killian continued communicating with Ashley, creating awkward moments that nobody seemed particularly excited about.

Eventually, all four participants agreed to block communication with one another to give the experiment a proper chance. Reality television rarely makes life simpler, but at least someone remembered the block button exists.

Hayley's own experience became increasingly complicated after she learned that some of Killian's friends had made disrespectful remarks about her. The situation created distance between the pair, leaving her frustrated and disappointed.

Looking back, Hayley admitted she could have handled parts of the conflict differently, recognising that expressing emotions calmly would probably have served her better. That willingness to reflect became one of her biggest personal takeaways from the experience.

When the original couples reunited, there was genuine optimism that Hayley and Blake could rebuild what had started to fall apart. Hayley acknowledged she had relied too heavily on Blake for reassurance and realised confidence ultimately had to come from within.

Blake, meanwhile, recognised that simply believing he was supportive wasn't enough. He accepted that he needed to communicate love in ways Hayley actually understood rather than assuming his intentions spoke for themselves.

It was one of the season's more mature conversations, proving that listening sometimes deserves more applause than grand romantic speeches.

Unfortunately, old habits proved stubborn. During the final weeks before Decision Day, familiar frustrations resurfaced as Hayley once again questioned whether Blake truly expressed himself in the way she needed.

Blake maintained he was making every effort to provide emotional support, yet both seemed to realise that effort and fulfilment are not always the same thing. Even a heartfelt date designed to reconnect couldn't completely erase the growing feeling that their relationship had become fragile.

Since filming wrapped, the biggest clues about their relationship have come from social media rather than official announcements. Hayley and Blake no longer appear to follow one another on Instagram, and neither has shared recent photos together.

There has also been no visible interaction through comments or public posts. While neither has publicly confirmed a breakup, those online changes strongly suggest their romance may have quietly reached its conclusion after leaving the cameras behind. Sometimes silence says far more than an announcement ever could.

Fans have had mixed reactions to the apparent outcome. Some viewers believe the split was inevitable because the same emotional issues continued resurfacing throughout the experiment.

Others argue both genuinely grew as individuals, even if the relationship itself couldn't survive. A number of fans have praised Hayley for recognising her own personal growth, while others sympathise with Blake's attempts to improve despite struggling to communicate exactly what his partner needed.

Many have also pointed out that not every reality television relationship is supposed to end with a wedding, no matter how hopeful the opening episodes may seem.

Away from reality television, Hayley Dinaé has continued focusing on building her career. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2024, she gained experience across hospitality, restaurant management and business services before moving into marketing.

Following a period as co-owner of Robertson Growth Group, she established herself as a Marketing Specialist. Alongside her professional career, Hayley has steadily grown her online presence as a digital creator, while documenting her travels to destinations including Mexico, Paris, London and the British Virgin Islands

Through it all, one companion appears to steal the spotlight more consistently than anyone else: her beloved dog Winston, who enjoys celebrity status on her social feeds.

Blake Robertson, meanwhile, has remained focused on both business and adventure. As Marketing and Operations Director at Motorhomes of Texas, he oversees luxury motorhome operations while continuing to develop his career in the industry.

Outside work, Blake regularly shares snapshots from his travels, visiting destinations including Italy, Mexico, The Bahamas, New Orleans, South Carolina and California

Fitness, outdoor activities and exploring new places remain central parts of his lifestyle, suggesting he has kept himself busy long after the reality television experiment ended.

Whether Hayley and Blake ultimately found lasting love together or simply discovered important lessons about themselves, their journey became one of the more thoughtful relationship stories in The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 4.

Sometimes the biggest success isn't staying together but understanding why things didn't work in the first place. Do you think they should have kept fighting for the relationship, or was moving on the right decision?
